Meet our Ambassadors: Eduardo Escobar

Let's introduce you to one of our Brand Ambassadors: Big Leagues veteran Eduardo Escobar.

The 8-season Big Leagues veteran just got traded to Arizona, as they are in a push for a playoffs spot, after spending most of his career in Minnesota. Escobar was signed as an international free agent by Chicago out of Venezuela back in 2006 and started his Big Leagues career in 2011. In 2012, he was traded to Minnesota in a trade that involved pitcher Francisco Liriano.

In 2013, he started swinging B45 Yellow Birch baseball bats and has been part of Team B45 since then. This summer, he became even more involved with us, as he agreed to become one of our Brand Ambassadors, joigning Carlos Gonzalez, Jonathan Lucroy, Ender Inciarte, and many others.

"I would like to say thank you to my guys at B45 for taking care of me. Every year, they send me good bats. Really, really good bats! I recommend them to you guys. Everybody should use this bat, it's awesome," says the infielder, also known as El De La Pica.

This season, Escobar is having the best offensive season of his career. After 137 games with both Minnesota and Arizona, he collected 45 doubles, 3 triples, and 21 home runs. He also drove in 81 runs.
