What’s our return policy?
Every article is returnable and refundable 30 days after the purchase, as long as those conditions are respected in all situations:
- Item must not have been used or worn.
- Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Clothes must have their label still on and equipment must still be in their original packaging.
- Discounted items purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Free articles or articles included in promotion (Buy X, get Y) will need to be returned along with the main item to be eligible for a full refund. If the item is not included in the shipment, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund.

What are the returning fees?
Returning fees are 12$ and are deducted from the refund to cover shipping and processing fees. Initial shipping fees are not refundable. Returns from outside of Canada or continental U.S. are entirely to customer’s fees.

Can I exchange my order?
You want to change your size or model to another? No problem! Fastest way to get your hands on the correct product is to purchase the new item in a brand new order while simultaneously starting a return process. The same returning fees will apply when we receive the original purchase and refund it.
- How can I return my item?
- After you received the return label from us, stick it on the same box over the old one.
- Place the returned item in the same plastic bag and prior to put it in the box.
- Drop the box at the closest drop off point

Wrong order?
You did not receive the right order? Please join us at info@b45online.com and we’ll make sure to get things right. If there’s a mistake on a custom bat or glove, we apologize for it and we’ll be happy to take it back free of charge, as long as the product has not been used.

DO NOT throw or hit your bat on the ground or any other hard surface.
DO NOT hit automatic throwing machine or any other hard balls. Always hit official leather baseballs (or softballs for softball bats).
DO NOT alter by painting, engraving or sanding your original product in any way. The usage of conventional grip is allowed.
DO NOT expose your bat to temperature variations and DO NOT store your bat in a dry space (storage space should be at a minimum 40% humidity)
DO NOT store your bat in any other way than vertically
*Bats sold by an authorized dealer only in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada are covered by the Warranty. Some restrictions may apply.
